Ad hoc Support £30 per hour
Need help every now and then? Ad hoc support is flexible. You book time as needed and I assist based on availability. This option works well for one off tasks, occasional projects or just when you need an extra pair of hands without the long term commitment.
Includes:
Time tracked to the minute using professional tracking software
No long term commitment
Work delivered within 72 hours (Monday-Friday)
Terms:
Minimum booking: 2 hours
2 hour deposit required for new clients
After initial deposit all ad hoc work is invoiced apon completion
Retainer Packages
Perfect for those who need regular, ongoing support. Retainers mean you secure my time each month, ensuring priority support, consistent availability and a reliable working relationship.
Includes:
Priority support – Your hours secured and prioritised
Time tracked and reported monthly
Work delivered within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday)
Terms:
Payment required in advance when securing monthly retainers
Need more time? Additional hours charged at £30 per hour
If package hours are unused they will not be carried over to following month
